Mr. Ruvin not only serves as Clerk of the Courts, but also as Ex-Officio Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, County Recorder, and County Auditor. He is the Custodian of all County Funds and of all public records filed with the Court, as well as all property, marriage and county commission records.

The Clerk's Office has a proven record of enhancing the level of efficiency in its services and access to the public. In facing the confines of limited resources, the Clerk has ushered in new innovative technologies enabling his staff to perform in a more cost-effective manner.
